The company was founded in 1940 in Portbou (Girona), by Mr. Jose Badosa Mach. It was dedicated to the transportation of all kind of goods in the hometown. Along the years the company grew as carrier of packages along the region, and finally as a local carrier of imported goods from the custom to any part of the Spanish territory.

In order to fit the needs of the sector, the company moved to La Jonquera (Girona) and specialized in International Transport.

In 1993, when the customs were abolished, the company finally moved to a wide, new and completely equipped warehouse in Vilamalla (Girona).
